Delete Your Account

If you signed in to Knowout with Google or Apple, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.

What gets deleted

Your account identifier, name, and email address
Your gameplay data — scores, streaks, coins, elimination-round history, and category performance
Any Google Play Games achievement/leaderboard links associated with your account

Guest play isn't affected by this — guest data lives only on your device and is already deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address associated with your account:

[email protected]

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once it's done. This permanently removes your account — it can't be undone.
